I'm a full time software engineer for a large company, but I moonlight as web site developer.  I specialize in small custom web site design and maintenance.  I can create a web site for you from scratch, redesign your existing site or just maintain and enhance what you already have.  A typical small site build  generally comes in at under $500 and maintenance is billed at an hourly rate so you never pay a monthly maintenance fee for something you might never use.  There is also no fee to get the source code like some companies charge.  The site is 100% yours.
